Return Policy

1.) Contact customer service within 3 days of receiving your dress.

2.) You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)

3.) Ship the dress back within 3 days of receiving the RMA number

4.) Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package

5.) Customer service will contact you upon return arrival

Customer service will email the store credit for the full amount. Please call or email your next order to use the store credit.

The refunded amount will be processed once we receive your dress return. Please allow up to 7 business days to view the return on your payment method.

Yes! We want to help you save and avoid extra paperwork/duty charges that are required when shipping back into the US. Please contact customer service and we will gladly accept your return in Canada!

Any additional item shipped when using store credit will incur shipping charges.

All international orders that incur duty on the return will be deducted from their total store credit or return.

Any item that is damaged, stained or odorous will not receive store credit/refund.

All items returned must have original designer tag.

All packages refused, abandoned and returned back to After Five will be deducted from their store credit or return.

Packages returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization number will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.

Orders exceeding three exchanges will absorb the re-stocking fee per dress on any additional order.

Orders cancelled after 24 hours of confirmation will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

RETURN: 20% restocking fee with 80% returned back to your payment method

EXCHANGE: 100% store credit to be used toward another dress
